  2. [News] Most Keto-Friendly Cities in the US (2 min): The Yelp Research team found that Austin, Phoenix, Dallas and Portland were the four most low-carb friendly cities based on restaurant reviews in those cities.

  3. [Food] 19 Instant Pot Recipes (5 min): You can make pretty much anything in an instant pot. These range from quick to slow and vegetarian to non, all looking pretty delicious.

(2 min): Based on half a million days of meals logged in MyFitnessPal, Marty found that people who skipped breakfast were more likely to eat more during the day. This indicates that time-restricted eating with a heartier meal earlier in the day improves satiety.

As this research suggests, what we eat (and feed our gut) is almost directly proportional to our mood and mental health.
