  1. [Article] ‘The Magic Pill’ - Now on Netflix (3 min): ”Being in a mild state of ketosis is really the place to be,” says neurologist Dr. David Perlmutter early on in this Netflix film. A compelling watch, but don’t expect it to answer all keto-related questions.

  2. [Video] Engineering and the Science of Keto (30 min): Ivor Cummins, a lifelong engineer, when diagnosed with several negative biomarkers literally took and engineering systems approach to his health and ended up at keto to reverse all of his biomarkers. Fascinating talk - the one key takeaway for us was Coronary Artery Calcification (CAC) which is the most reliable indicator of heart disease.

  3. [Science] You can’t go as hard and fast on Keto (3 min): That’s the outcome of a study in the Journal of Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness suggesting athletes who go keto don’t do as well at high-intensity, short duration exercise.

  4. [Food] 9 Best Snacks to Eat on Keto (1 min): Eggs, Biltong, Pecans, Macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, Avocado, Canned Fish, Deli meats, and Olives. Max Lugavere, the author of Genius Foods, recommends intermittent ketosis and these snacks to go along with it.
