Jonathan rewards himself with a cheat meal once a month. He still lost 90+ lbs over two years. Although he still has 40lbs to go till his goal weight, he’s confident with his approach. Check out his story.

  1. [Recipe] Avocado Cauliflower Toast (5 min prep | 15 min cook): This was closer to hash browns than toast, but hey, we’ll take it. Eggs and avocado just make it better.

  2. [Resource] Dairy Free Keto (30 min): Comprehensive guide to low carb without dairy. The second half of the guide has dairy-free meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, there’s a handy graphic showing possible substitutions for common dairy ingredients.

  3. [Recipe] Crispy Buffalo Brussel Sprouts (10 min prep | 20 min cook): Broil them at the end to get them crispy. These were good even after a couple days in the refrigerator. Just heat them in the oven.
