  1. [Inspiration] Dealing with Peer Pressure while on Keto (13 min read): Facing peer pressure while doing an off-the-beaten-path diet? Replace “paleo” with “keto”, and you’ll find useful tidbits in this article. One major takeaway: if you’re one to give into peer pressure, don’t declare your diet to the world. The article also throws in a few sample scripts to deal with curious questions :D
  2. [Science] The Reason Why You’re Not In Ketosis Yet (15 min read): This is science for us laypeople. Simple language, reasonable sentences. Understanding how this works gave us insights into why we might be plateauing/having trouble entering ketosis. Worth the entire read. One minor modification - based on scientific studies we’ve read, 0.7 to 0.9 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass is enough. Higher end for workout days.
  3. [Recipe] Delish Keto Meatlovers Pizza (10 min hands-on | 30 min total): Great tasting pizza minus the carbs. We used parmesan instead of mozzarella. Bought the lowest net carb pizza sauce from the grocery store. Few tips - mix the dough well together before baking to have an even consistency and save some dough to create the rim of the pizza, if thin crust is not your speed.
